Do you really come to me?
Yes! We’re a fully mobile service. We travel to your home, office, hospital, care facility, or any location that’s convenient for you throughout Los Angeles and the surrounding areas.
What areas do you serve?

What should I have ready for a notarization?
Bring a valid, government-issued photo ID (such as a driver’s license or passport) and the complete, unsigned document. Don’t sign it ahead of time, as the notary must witness your signature. Make sure all signers are present.
Are you a certified loan signing agent?
Yes. We’re an NNA-certified loan signing agent experienced with purchases, refinances, HELOCs, reverse mortgages, and seller packages. We’re licensed, bonded, and insured.
What is Live Scan and FD-258 fingerprinting?
Live Scan is electronic fingerprinting used for background checks and licensing, while FD-258 is the standard ink fingerprint card often required by out-of-state and federal agencies. We offer both and can do them on site.
How much do your services cost?
Notary fees follow the state-regulated per-signature rate, plus a travel fee based on your location and timing. Loan signing and fingerprinting are flat-rate. Contact us for a quick, transparent quote.
Can you come evenings or weekends?
Absolutely. We offer flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends to work around your day. Same-day appointments are often available.
